History:
Born August 21st to Richard and Diane Daniels, Jerrika is seven years younger than her only brother Cayden Daniels. Living in a modest home in Sunnyvale California, Jerrika grew up in what she believed to be a happy home with parents who loved her. At the age of six, Jerrika began developing major headaches to which doctors couldn't find the source of. A couple years later, Jerrika found she could “read” the minds of those around her, ultimately finding her family to be on the verge of splitting apart. Her dad, a well known Electronic Engineer was with other women on the side as well as dabbling in drugs. Her stay-at-home mom was mentally breaking down with her broken marriage, and her brother seemed the only one she could talk to about herself.
During another parental “argument,” Cayden had been on the internet, looking for cheat codes to his latest video game when he came across an ad for a special school for people like his sister. Knowing it would be better for her to go to a place without family dysfunction, Cayden took Jerrika to find the School. Finding St. Vectors, Cayden was glad to have found a place for his sister, but hurt to find that being “normal” he wouldn't be allowed to stay. Knowing this could be a better life for Jerrika, he used what he hoped would be a mental block against his sisters physic powers to lie, telling her he'd rather not be surrounded by freaks. Cayden left Jerrika initially heartbroken, causing her to strive to be the best.

RP Sample:
Stepping off the steps of Gringotts Jerrika walked casually through the throng of witches and wizards, her dark blonde hair catching the light as it escaped the coal black cap on her head. Diagon Alley was always bursting with life everywhere you looked. Jerrika was looking through windows and peeking at signs all afternoon, trying to find a decent quill shop since hers was horribly out of shape.
Scribbulus Everchanging Inks was her usual supplier of stationary items, but last time Jerrika came, she accidentally knocked over a few stands of display quills (which wasn't the problem,) but also seemed to smash several inkwells of different sizes and colors. The mess it made! Jerrika tried to apologize, but the man just wouldn't hear of it, and practically shoved her out the door in rage. She was pretty sure that her presence in the shop wouldn't be particularly wanted.
Sighing at the memory, Jerrika eyed Florean Fortescue's a little ways off and began to head towards it. Her father use to take her every weekend, after a long day of shopping for special medical supplies for his sick patients, she would take Jerrika into his arms and say "My, it's hot today!" and she would nod her head, imitating her father. "We've been working hard haven't we?" her father went on, and Jerrika would nod again. "I think we deserve..." and her father would put on the most riddiculous face and pretend to think hard on what exactly was to be the reward until Jerrika shouted " Ice cream! " so loud that the people around would look around startled until they spied the little girl waving her arms excitedly in his arms.
Vanilla. Her favorite flavor out of the millions to choose from. Even though to others it seemed plain, to Jerrika it was like the beginning of a symphony, that first sweet and pure note before the rush of the newly patterned measures began to formulate. Jerrika was sitting outside the parlor, at an unoccupied table when she saw the stationary shop for which was the whole reason she was here. But it could wait until her delightful symphony was over...
A breeze blew past, blowing pages of her book. Jerrika sighed as her eyes fell back to the pages she had been reading. It didn't hurt to dream.
